Gingham with a Summer Touch!

The “3 Stylish Ways to Wear Gingham Now” series has been one of my favourites up to date (I should do more of these! What do you think?). For the final instalment of this series, I wanted to give my favourite gingham two-piece a fun summer update. I love how gorgeous and feminine a two-piece like this one from Zara can be, but I wanted to add a little bit of edge to the look. The simplest way to do that was by adding a tee shirt underneath this crop! The tee gives a very city street style look, making it perfect for some June outfit inspiration! The sneakers added that touch of cool to balance the femininity of the two piece set. Sometimes, it’s also the smallest additions that can make an outfit. For me, it came in the form of this adorable scrunchie! The stripes and gingham work so well together. Don’t worry, this is not the last time you will be seeing gingham here on TSS.
