Whoever thought that on some of the hottest days of the years I would be working on my layering? Don’t worry, I don’t plan on wearing any turtlenecks or scarves while the sun shines down on us, nor do I suggest you do – but if you’re in the mood to spice up your latest summer shirt dress, then why not try this? I decided to layer a tiered skirt over my shirt dress for an added bit of volume and a bit of summer fun (Who doesn’t think that tiered skirts are fun?)
