You Won’t Be Able To Stop Wearing This Skirt This Spring…

The Spring Skirt Your Closet Wants & Needs….
I hear we are dealing with what is called the “beast from the east” here in London with the weather dropping to shiver status. I more than anyone am ready to abandon my puffer jacket and ear muffs (yes, it’s so cold I am wearing ear muffs..) and start wearing spring clothes but I think we are going to have to wait another week for that! That being said, it doesn’t mean that we can’t get ahead of the next season right? I’m here to constantly inspire you with the content I create at TSS and to always give you the confidence and style inspiration to be the most stylish you can be! That’s why, I’m already starting to round up the spring outfit ideas for you, starting with this one! This is the one skirt you will not be able to stop wearing this spring.
Tweed is timeless, classy and always in style (think Chanel!). Mix your tweed piece with a retro print and voila, you have this beautiful skirt right here. With the rise of retro prints and two-piece sets coming back with a bang, this skirt is such a steal, so in fashion, and also incredibly versatile! Pair it with your favourite thigh high boots and knit like I have here when the weather gets a bit warmer of course! You can also take this into spring by pairing it with a chic button-down shirt, or your favourite statement tee! The options are endless, but one thing is for sure, you need this skirt!
Remember, even with a great skirt like this one, accessories are key! I’m a huge fan of the baker boy hat. I never thought it would suit me but to my surprise I loved it and I bet you will too! I got this leather look one from Topshop but found an even cuter one from ASOS here! Will you be wearing this skirt this spring?

As you saw on my Instagram, I found this sweater on Amazon Fashion! They actually have the most fabulous collection online and there’s a range of brands to choose from!
This particular sweater is from Warehouse and I just LOVE the colour! It’s so bright and beautiful and I’ve been wearing it on repeat because it’s an easy way to create a super chic outfit that is still relaxed and elegant!
Thank you Amazon Fashion for this sweater!
I keep singing this in the shower but I don’t sound half as good as her! Oops!
What song are you loving right now? What do you think of this one?
Update: The previous earrings I shared are already out of stock! Instead I found this amazing pair from Next.
You guys have been loving my tortoise shell collection so I hope you love these! They are only £10!
I’ve been getting some questions about a good daily moisturiser for sensitive acne prone skin. As you guys know, I struggle with acne. (I told you all about the best foundations for sensitive skin here!)
I’ve started using a new daily moisturiser from Philosophy. So far, I couldn’t be happier with the results! My skin feels brighter and I love the texture on my skin! I think the name is so true; it really is hope in a jar!

How To Dress Like A Cool Girl This Valentine’s Day

The Ultimate Valentines Day Cool Girl…
Whether you love it or hate it, there is no denying that valentine’s day is here! Regardless of what you might have planned, whether it be a lovely dinner date, drinks with the girls or a picnic in the park, we all ultimately want to look like the coolest girl around right? As much as I love tapping into my inner girly girl, I can’t help but want to put my own little twist on it and Valentine’s Day is no different. After all, we all want to be the ultimate cool girl right? That’s why, this year, I’ve created this cool and casual valentine’s day outfit that you can all rock and still feel amazing in. There’s nothing sexier than a girl who feels really confident in her outfit!
So this year, rather than reaching for my favourite little red dress, I went for my favourite little red pants instead. I love that these are velvet and the fit is so flattering! To add a bit more definition I opted for a skin-tight turtleneck. After all, it’s still freezing here in London! If you wanted to go for something a little sexier, opt for a bodysuit like this one instead. With a valentines day outfit like this, accessories are key! My Dior slingbacks never fail me. Speaking of which, I also found this pair from Dune that are super similar! Sling backs are always a great way to make an outfit more elegant! Also, this amazing statement evil eye clutch really takes the look to a new level! I discovered this brand Muska when I was in Greece last summer and now I already have two! They are super affordable and so unique! The best part is she ships worldwide as well!
So what are your plans this Valentine’s Day? Will you be trying this casual look?

3 Ways You Can Start The New Year in Style

New Year, New Outfit…
Happy New Year! I just wanted to say that I hope you all have a wonderful year. May all your dreams come true and may the year bring you lots of happiness and love! As we say hello to 2018, getting back into the groove of things can be overwhelming. Not only does the new year mean getting back to work, but it also means that we can’t live in our Christmas jumpers and leggings anymore! Trust me, when I was staring at my closet this morning, I struggled to pull together an outfit, but one of my style resolutions for 2018 is to feel stylish every single day, no matter what I’m wearing. With that in mind, I wanted to share 3 tips that will help you start this brand new year in style, as well as make all the old pieces in your closet feel new again. Don’t worry, you don’t necessarily need a whole new wardrobe for your “new year, new me” attitude. Just follow these three tips and you’ll be feeling as stylish as ever!
1. Layer old pieces to make them feel new again
If you live in a cold country like me, then layering is your best friend! Get creative with your layering to make old piece feel brand new! I layered a turtleneck, an old plaid jacket and an older leather one to create this look. By putting them all together in a way that I had not done before, they felt fresh and new! Why not try this combination with your favourite jackets?
2. Don’t’ shy away from colours
When the weather is cold and gloomy, we all can’t help but reach for black and white. Rather than sticking to the greyscale, reach for some colour to brighten up your day! By making a statement with colour, you are sure to look stylish without having to try very hard!
3. Classics will never fail you.
Never underestimate the power of a classic piece. A turtleneck, a plaid blazer, a leather jacket, blue jeans. All the pieces I’m wearing are classic pieces and when combined they make for a no-fail outfit combination! Remember, by pairing together classics, you can come up with so many wonderful winter outfit ideas! Classics aren’t boring, classics are essential!
Another one of my style resolutions for 2018 is to really use each and every piece in my wardrobe! This outfit really started me off on the right track. What are your style resolutions for 2018?

Why You Need A Pair of Leather Pants In Your Wardrobe

Here’s A Pair of Pants You Need…
About two years ago I bought a pair of faux leather leggings from Topshop. I did not anticipate how many compliments I was going to receive when I wear them, nor did I anticipate how many people would tell me that they were too afraid to try them! Leather (faux!) pants are not something to fear, rather something that you need to have for a stylish winter wardrobe! Here’s why:
Firstly, pants like these can really upgrade your usual sweater and pants combination because of the gorgeous texture! It makes your usual outfit so much more interesting and luxe!
Secondly, leather trousers come in so many different fits now that there really is something for everyone! Mine are super skinny because I love that I can style them with chunkier knits. They are also available in straight cuts or flares that have a bit more room!
Lastly, they are one of the most versatile pieces I own! As the weather continues to get colder (let’s get real, winter is here in London) leather pants are something I can wear day or night, meeting or drinks! Now that’s a pair of pants worth having!
I paired my leather leggings here with one of my favorite new sweaters from Rag & Bone. I love the gorgeous color block and the shades of blue! I just had to pair the sweater with my current favorite baker boy hat from ASOS! The fit of my leather leggings made them perfect to pair with my cute new OTK blue boots! I got these last week and haven’t been able to take them off since! Did you see me get them on my vlog? Watch it all here!
Do you have a pair of leather leggings or leather pants that you love? Are you going to get a pair?

How To Wear Two Key Autumn Trends In One Outfit

Two trends, one Look and I didn’t even have to think twice…
If there is anything that is trending in fashion right now, it’s corduroy. The 70s fabric is back and it’s back in trousers, skirts, and jackets too! I must admit that the last time I wore corduroy was when I was a very young girl but I’ve found myself falling for it again when I saw all the amazing winter outfit inspiration I was getting with this texture! Speaking of trends, I know how easy it is to get caught up in what’s in and what’s out. Although I am a huge advocate for wearing whatever suits you, it’s really fun to indulge in a few trends now and then!
Incorporating trends into an outfit doesn’t mean you need to break the bank nor does it have to be intimidating. With this look, I’m actually showing you how to wear two winter trends in one outfit! Not only is corduroy a huge thing for this season, monochrome is taking over the runways and street style scene. I have always loved a good monochrome look (I even share my top tips for wearing it here) and one of my favorite ways to make it work is with great textures!
I snagged this beautiful corduroy skirt from Uniqlo a few weeks ago. I noticed they also made a sweater in a super similar shade of green and an outfit immediately clicked in my head! Two trends, one look and I didn’t even have to think twice! I paired the look with my favorite combat boots for some edge and one of my favorite bags from Dior. With the right accessories, a look that is from the high street can look so luxe, which is exactly what’s happened here!
What do you think of these trends? Would you wear them?
